There’s actually a whole host of fantastic characters in this book, it was so lovely getting to know them all. My heart went out to her at the beginning of the story but as it progresses you can see how determined she is, her family means the world to her and it puts a fire in her belly. She’s worked her way up to the perfect job in a magazine and only had fleeting visits to her hometown so being back is strange.

She’s not been home for a while, she’s been living and working in New York. I really liked Hannah, she was a great character.
